Postage and delivery
There is no minimum spend on our delishop site – we send things out by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or by courier. The cost is calculated by weight for Royal Mail – eg a bar of chocolate costs arounds £2.40 and a 500g bag of pasta costs £4.51. These prices do change occasionally, but are always clearly stated at checkout.
If you would like to use our courier service, there is a charge of £8.50 for any weight. This is the best option for breakables such as bottles of olive oil etc.
We do our best to get orders out within three working days, but sometimes it can take a little longer. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. If we do not hear from you we reserve the right to substitute items that are unavailable for ones of equal or better value and quality.
Damaged items - If an item arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours so that we can arrange a replacement.
Payment - No payment is taken from your card until the order is ready for dispatch.
